Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, only if no files have been exported. Free test files (first 3 checks) don't count as exports.

What counts as an export

Downloading a full file with your paid plan counts as an export. Checking and previewing a file, and downloading the free test file with the first 3 checks, don't count.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email bankfilekit.support@atomicmail.io from the email address on your account, or include that address in your message.
2. Tell us the date of your purchase. Your receipt has it.

We reply within 2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method through our reseller and merchant of record, named on your receipt. Your bank or card company decides how long it takes to show up.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime, so you aren't charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
